TodoBuild Technologies Inc. recognizes regional currency structures, purchasing power differences, and international wire requirements. To enable top-tier contractors, heavy equipment distributors (such as commercial trade contractors), and engineering firms in the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean to access Silicon-Valley-grade web and ERP infrastructure, we offer an institutional 15% setup adjustment:
Applied automatically to initial engineering and deployment charges.
Settled via USD Wire Transfer, Zelle, Wise, or Square POS terminal.
Monthly cloud infrastructure remains at fixed catalog rate to guarantee 99.5% uptime.

50 / 50 Milestone
50% mobilization deposit upon contract execution. 50% balance upon final staging approval and live DNS cutover.
100% Pre-Paid
Pay the full one-time setup fee upon agreement signing and receive an additional 5% prompt cash discount off total setup.
33 / 33 / 34 Phased
33% deposit at kickoff; 33% at mid-point staging milestone; 34% upon final production deployment and employee training.
Intellectual Property & Legal Disclosures
1. Intellectual Property Ownership: All client-provided assets, trade secrets, proprietary parts catalogs, photos, branding elements, and customer databases remain 100% the property of the client. Upon final payment of all setup invoices, all custom web design files and bespoke configurations are transferred cleanly. The underlying Titan OS core architecture and autonomous agent weights are licensed on an enterprise SaaS basis during active maintenance.
2. Odoo Community vs Enterprise Licensing: Our deployments leverage Odoo Community open-source modules with zero vendor seat licensing costs included in our retainer. Should a client request proprietary Odoo Enterprise applications (e.g. mobile barcode scanner, Odoo Studio), licensing fees charged by Odoo S.A. (~$24.90–$49.90/user/mo) will be passed through without markup.
3. DCA & Regulatory Language Shield: TodoBuild Technologies Inc. is a software, web development, and digital infrastructure provider. TodoBuild coordinates, designs, develops, and hosts technology platforms. TodoBuild Technologies Inc. does not perform unlicensed physical construction, electrical contracting, or plumbing services. Physical construction services are provided solely by properly licensed independent trade partners.
4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: All master service agreements and statements of work are executed under the laws of the State of New York, United States of America. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
